week 28 - trimester THREE...

Well, well here we are my third trimester, the last stretch....really.  The end seems so much closer now that I am in my third trimester.  Everything is still going smoothly with no scary business and I think I finally found a sleeping position that is working!!  I have been having pretty weird dreams, like last night I had to be induced at 28 weeks and the way they were going to induce me was to give me a shot with a GIANT needle in my belly.  I was so scared, but they let Jack (our dog) be in there with us.  I never actually got the shot in the dream, it was more centered around how much the shot was going to hurt and how much I didn't want to get the shot.  Ha, weird pregnancy dreams.
Your baby is equal in weight to a Chinese cabbage -- about 2 1/4 pounds. (Length: almost 15 inches, from head to heel.)
baby center:
By this week, your baby weighs two and a quarter pounds (like a Chinese cabbage) and measures 14.8 inches from the top of her head to her heels. She can blink her eyes, which now sport lashes. With her eyesight developing, she may be able to see the light that filters in through your womb. She's also developing billions of neurons in her brain and adding more body fat in preparation for life in the outside world

How far along? 28 weeks

Total weight gain/loss? 12 pounds as of yesterday.

Stretch marks? absolutely none (yet!).

Sleep? I think I may have found the position to get me through.  crossing my fingers...

Movement? The baby moves around like crazy, definitely takes after its dad.

Food cravings/aversions?  I had an intense craving for enchiladas yesterday.

Gender? Its a surprise.

Labor signs? none yet

Belly button in/out? it is really close to being a full outty

What I miss the most right now:  Getting tattooed.

What I am looking forward to: Not having round ligament pain.

"Waist" measurement: 37.5 inches, I grew an inch!

Round ligament pains are the worst!!! I had those with my 1st baby and they were B-A-D!! Had them with my 2nd but not as bad... but the after birth pains were SUPER B-A-D!!!

Haha, I love pregnancy dreams. I was just telling Bryan the other day that going to sleep is fun because I wonder what kind of vivid dreams I'm going to have. I haven't had any scary ones yet, mostly just oddly entertaining ones.

You are almost there, girl. : ) That is so awesome. I miss getting tattooed, too. Do you know if you can get tattooed safely when nursing??? Weird question I know... but no one seems to know.

Do you not see the irony here? I'm kinda of puzzled, whether the author of this article a real person or a robot.
This is a clear example of a harmless meaningless post, so why delete it, mr Moderator?
I just read another article about this topic, and yours seems to be a lot more to the point. However, their article appears on #1 spot, and your is on the bottom. Why?
This page rocks, keep up the good work.
