My car's transmission broke so we borrowed my sisters jeep for a couple days, Ruby had a great view out the back window. - The power went out so we lived by candle light for a short while.

first frost was on the 3rd - egg nog mixed with coffee is so yummy!

First snow was the 4th so we went for a snowy walk!

sometimes Ruby is impossible to feed

I got the flu so my diet consisted of just toast, I also downloaded the app. Catpaint which provided plenty entertainment while I was sick

Ruby discovered that she loves shredding paper towels

We went to the local pet shop Ruby loved the reptiles

I did some sewing

My dad sent me an old photo and I thought it was cute how similar Ruby and I look

We went for a walk with minimal rain!

40 weeks

 

I think it is just amazing how much a fetus can grow in 40 short weeks.  I would say I am just as amazed at how much an infant can grow in 40 weeks also.  Every now and then I go through photo's of Ruby when she was younger and it is hard to believe she was that small only a few months ago.  Its bitter sweet really, I miss her super smallness and constant cuddles but I also love her new independence and growth.

rolling and scooting is her preferred mode of mobility

nurses 2 or more times a night

lets her papa put her to bed

loves bubble baths

hates wind

thinks her xylophone is the best toy ever

and

has a different laugh for everything.
